Here are a couple of interesting links about the A-12 Presentation Ceremony at CIA Headquarters earlier this month. After some confusion, Article 128 finally found its way home, in time for the Agency's 60th Anniversary. Thanks to Roadrunners President TD Barnes for sending me the links.
