The site you have labeled as the McDonnell Douglas RCS site is actually the General Atomics Grey Butte facility. It was pruchased by GA a few years ago. Notice the new runways for UAV operations.

None of these sites have underground levels, except pits for the hydraulically operated pylons to raise test articles. The Helendale facility has the most dramatic and complex arrangement. There ae no tunnel systems to Edwards or anyplace else. I know some people who frequently work at Grey Butte and probably wish there were tunnels.
