I've heard it's a cross between a FALCON airframe and a RATTLRS propulsion system, which sounds like an oxymoron. I also have it on good authority that it has a long way to go, developmentally, before it can become a practical operational system. That's assuming it reaches the flight test phase. Some people are lobbying hard to take a different, and more easily achievable, direction such as weaponizing an airframe based on the X-43/X-51 design.
