Hi, I'm very curious about these black budgets, due to the fact that I'm putting together an assignment on this subject, here in Denmark (Europe) where I reside. Surely, I've read some articles on this subject and I'm also currently reading Tim Weiners "Blanc Check". But what stroke me was, that I saw someone here mention something about "company funded research". Let me quote the post here:
