Just because you work at this base, does not mean you can get/see everything there. Most areas on the base are still highly compartmentalized, so "need to know" still applies, and the SP's are all over place to make sure you are supposed to be where (and not where)you should be. Nobody want an LOR (Letter of Reprimand) in thier record just for seeing/doing something stupid...or worse getting "jacked-up" and apprehended.
