I suggest it came from 37 11 57N 115 55 59W

The main scrape there is about 250 x 75 yds.
Excavate that 3-4 yds deep and the yield is
roughly equivalent to your 51k cubic yards
figure. The earth moving equipment is still
there in the current sat photo.

There is a similar "earth quarry" at
37 12 37N 1115 55 22W
but that one looks much older.

It wouldn't make sense to scrape earth from
either of those spots and then carry it back
west, into the NTS. It's on "our" side of
700, suggesting they use the scrapings from
those two spots at Waterville. The tire
tracks and oil spills from the newer quarry
suggest the earth hauling trucks made a lot
of RIGHT turns on GLR and headed EAST,
toward the base.
