Yes I did see this once before, I also was not sure. I asked hank about and he said it was "BS". After listening and reading the transcript again it made more sense. He made the reference to the "Aurora 2", I know from an outside unnamed source, that the chief of staff of the air force does not have an SR-72/Aurora, it is 6th on his priority list, and do to money for the war it may take a little bit longer for them to build such a plane.
