And I am not saying they won't shot if it was warranted, but I bet they have a force escalation system like any one else. I come across stories of people who crossed the line and were arrested and handed over to the sheriff's office. How many of those people were shot? All I am saying is that logic would say that these guys are professionals and would act that way.
