Like I answers to Peter Merlins post, I believe that part 135 would say that its okay for that number of passengers to be flown by a single pilot IFR. I'll ask a few pilot friends of mine and see what there response is. I still believe its irresponsible to be going single-pilot IFR with any non-family/friend passengers aboard. Mark
