Single-pilot IFR is allowed under part 135 I believe of the CFR for aircraft wit a certain number of people. I personnaly would like to see that there was a second crewman, bu they were within legal bounds. Then again, were assuming they most conform to FAA Regs at all, in htat case those 737-200s could be 1 crewmember as well.
