high tension lines terminate "in the center of
a pair of large concentric rings". The range
chart puts the pylon north of your substation, at -
37 20 58.51N
116 19 2.22W
37 20 40.34N
116 18 31.37W
And I don't see that power line leading to
any "Pylon" it just stops. In no case do I
see the "pair of large concentric rings".
