Raytheon's Radar Arrays & New Hangar

Aviation Week & Space Technology (AWST) reported on possible new radar arrays (June 25, 2007 'Beyond Big' pg. 51 David A. Fulghum). The article is quoted in part: "...A massive structure under construction by Raytheon will form one side of a three-football-long airship. About six million elements will make up the 6,000-sq.- meter antenna...."
Is it logical to assume the new hangar could be in support of such an apparatus?

On a separate topic and question, I believe Raytheon operates several King Air B200 shuttle flights between Palmdale (KPMD) and San Diego Montgomery (MGYF). Is it logical that these aircraft would also shuttle KPMD to Groom (KTKM) in support of USAF AFFTC?
