The Blackhawks patrol along the border as part of the overall security scheme. As far as getting one up because you are in roadblock canyon it may be possible because in certain locations you may be out of site of any security devices. I have been in there a couple of times and have never seen one. That being said I know of a couple of times that they have been up in that area. If you are interested in the border in that area keep you eyes open for the orange posts.You may want to keep two of them in sight to be sure you have not crossed. The border in that area is not very straight and meanders quite a bit.
