New Tower? Hanger? Sensors? Related?

Anyone care to hazard a hypothesis about the purpose
of the new, tall tower near the radar farm, now that
we also have a new, large hanger? And perhaps throw
the seismic sensors at Rachel, Tik approach and
Corn Creek into the mix.

Relation between any or all three?
