Sorta bizarre. Why two solar arrays just 20 yards apart, less than secure cabling that can easily be compromised/vandalized, the satellite antenna mast doesn't appear all that robust (easily misaligned) and even though the construction may not be completed a piss-weak perimeter fence to keep out intruders. Even if the site doesn't have anything to do with the Area we all know how things get vandalized (at least shot at..) in the desert, particularly in remote areas, so one would think better site security precautions would already be in place.. Leads me to believe it's some kind of temporary test. Humm.
