Mark talked about a new missile that the Russian's have developed. It is highly maneuverable, and can get past the new missile defense system (ABM). I think he was only on for 15 minutes.

For some reason, c2c isn't streamed on the XM website, else I would have recorded it. You could sign up for streamcast to hear it, but I don't recall the conversation going very far into black projects. Ian spent quite a bit of time just doing Mark's background.
