So other than the one story that came out from a friend of a friend has anyone ever found any evidence of this runway or any other reference? I know some guys tried to fly in the area, but didn't report seeing anything. Thought it would be fun to fly my buddy's plane out there for a little sight seeing, but that's a pretty long flight from Georgia. Any locals out there with a plane??
