They sent me a copy a few weeks ago. I haven't had much time to read it, but it appears they have done their homework. I only read part of the section about Area 51 (which is only a small part of this book): Aside from minor details the facts are correct, and it seems that the author has actually spent some time in the area.
A good overview guide for those new to the subject, but no major groundbreaking news.
