I was something like 1.5 miles north of Tikaboo at the time of that flight. And I was climbing down, with a good couple hundred vertical feet of rock blocking my view west.

An hour before the flight (3:00-3:15pm PDT) I was sitting on top of a ridge/cliff at 7200ft taking wide angle photos of the topography. I've not done the work yet, to figure out what parts of a potential flight path I could have seen from there.

I saw and heard nothing. A King Air taking off 27 miles away just isn't something that is easy to notice!
