That site is almost certainly further west than Pyramid. It may be the site of one of the EDACS sites, though.
Pyramid is likely only a fix, ie. an intersection of radials. It may or may not be named after a terrain feature.

BTW: It may be of interest to note that the PYD NDB, as well as XSD and MCY are not currently active, and haven't been for several months. Basecamp's AEC is still active.
