Lone wolf, thanks for the info. I think it's been years since I went to that site, but maybe that is where I got it from. I could have sworn that it was something on tv though. It was just something that had been bugging me. I'm a pilot and I fly over Tonopah on my way to the west coast every now and then, but at 40,000 feet it's tough to make out anything more than the runways at Groom. I have never seen any pictures taken from the ground of any mountains that might be Pyramid shaped, but it was an interesting thought.
