It is a day-night flag. The day launch has been starting at 1015-1030. Recovery by 1330-1400. The night launch sounds like 1700 (dusk). Players are all down by 1930 or so. I don't recall more than two RF launches per day. Participating pilots and crew get 9-10 missions per RF two week period. One week is days and the other is nights.
