Yeah, I didn't think it was French but the fin flash threw me off. If you look from right to left, it is Blue, White then Red. Opposite the RAF fin flash becoming the French flag! However, on the port side the fin flash Is Red, White, Blue making it much like the American flag patch on our ground troop's shoulders.

In my notes, I wrote down the Tail number as YD905 and looking at the photo with the pole in the way it looked like ID905 and that's why I couldn't find it on the web. It is indeed ZD905 and the angle they have it parked you can't see the refuel probe.
