Boeing 727 !

The tail number appears to be ?0950. Can't make out the first digit due to light pole. Also, noticed the red "components" on the bottom of the tail. And the landing "bird of prey" on the top of the tail.

I'll research and see what I can come up with. Possible dignitary visitation.
