There is always the possibility that this man was told to break up the rally. If this is the case, nothing will happen to him. I was there, he wasn't going to slow down for anybody. If I am not mistaken, I heard that there were helicopters buzzing protesters at the first People's Rally? Can this be confirmed? Maybe this man was used as an alternative to disband the people?
