Various pages ive found mention the kennedy space centre and edwards airforce base. Although most forums prefer to think groom has the longest runway in the world. On airliers.net someone mentioned Andrews AFB. In commercial terms, longest runway in use is Ulyanovsk-Vostochny International Airport at 16,404ft.
