NASA's Space Shuttle Landing Facility’s airport code is KTTS. I had flightaware running just for fun, but I knew there would be no tracking. The Orbiter Vehicles have no FAA N-numbers because they are government owned like Air Force jets. Although they did have some T-38s shown yesterday. I wonder if you could have tracked Burt Rutan's Spaceship One? That did require a N-number: N328KF.

Lastly, although it would have been cool for Discovery to land in New Mexico, it is way better that it went back to the Cape. It costs a fortune to transport the Orbiter coast to coast. And you thought FedEx was expensive!
