Found this link to a 3d Model Company. Not sure what it's going to be used for. "This project is intended to be an exact representation of the real Area 51. The degree of detail is therefore very high. In an upcoming animation, this US military base is going to be used for flight scenes. For closeups and interior shots of flight hangars, additional 3D scenes are going to be created."
