I'm confused. Are the coordinates in the link you provided GE coordinates (including the .22 mi offset) or are they the "true" coordinates? If they are the "true" coordinates, then is the .22 mi offset to the east, that is, add .22 mi to move the "true" location more westwardly to get the GE coordinates? Are these the GE coordinates
