So, Kimmie might of had a fizzle! I've read about fizzles at our own NTS, where fission didn't occur at all, or yields fell well short of expectations. Fusion, fission... You win some, you lose some. Even so, the INTENT to detonate a nuclear device was there, even if it was a bit limp, flaccid, and impotent. Poor Kimmie... He so much wants to run with the big dogs.
