This is a mock-up gunnery/bomb target as are all the other obejets and the mock strip itself. the 'U' shaped objects are dirt berm aircraft parking bunkers. Likewise the second location is also a mock up of some sort...represents some type of Real World target. Or at least, this is how I would interpert the Google Earth images.
