I set up a vector from Badger Mountain to a spot near the dry lake using Tpop USA and it looks like Tikaboo is in the way. There is an alternate view point near Badger Mountain at N37 22.182 W115 21.949. Topo USA indicates the height of Badger Mountain is 7936, but I would trust the USGS topo map.
