You can see some planes at Nellis on the Saturday after the two week period has ended. That would be the 19th for this particular flag. Departures can be photographed near the golf course. I recall only seeing the heavies from that location.

The only planes you see at Nellis that you won't see in the ranges is the EA6B and E3.

I'm not sure every player is at Nellis. One of the flags had Kfirs (as spotted over the TTR), but none were reported to be at Nellis. These weren't from Israel, but believe to be from ATAC:
