A simple answer is yes it would be a deal. If in fact all is as advertised. You may want to know how far your cabin would be from the power pole. It is very expensive to lay the cable. They charge you by the foot. You also didnt mention that their was a septic tank installed. That could certainly be a deal breaker. Do you have the location of the land? I will be up there 4 or 5 times in the next six weeks and would be happy to check it out.
