Has anyone sat down and talked with the new owner? Do you know what his plans are? Sounds like you've done the guy in....before even talking to him. CA folks aren't that bad....but....if you're trying to keep outsiders out....then you're going at this in a combative way. You can't blame the financial demise of Rachel on someone from CA. I'd suggest that everyone liten up. Unless of course the new buyer in on HIS ONE WAY STREET. Rant is iver!
