The people who own the bakery in Alamo have built some rental cabins. [Well, not open yet, but nearly ready.] There is also a dude ranch in Alamo. I think the high end property market is already saturated.

Government only works as well as the crew that runs it. The trick is to find people that can really do a heckuva job. ;-)
