well, how about the actual chemicals used to coat the F-117. I believe they had some part in absorbing radar while deflecting the rest. Could the serbs and/or Russians break down the components to make a coating for themselves. Also wasn't this coating burned by officials at A-51 in the burning pits which caused harm to many workers on the base?
