Why bother to keep it stealthy? They shoot at us, we shoot them down. End of story.

On a more relevant note to this site, I have heard stories from several sides (some of whom I consider quite credible) of tests (perhaps with plasma gas) to accomplish optical and radar stealth. This would mean that the shape and to a certain degreee even the size of an aircraft is no longer critical.
