They may be an act but I doubt it. The last airshow that I went to, which was Edwards '99, they were there. My guess is that they're most paranoid about somebody sampling the coatings. After all, isn't that the main reason they were so unforthcoming relative their Groom toxics dump. I say in a free society, you have to take some chances like that. Apparently, they took much bigger chances with this apparent spy.
