I believe it is a retired F4 from Hollomon that was "spiffed" up for the heritage flights. It appeared at numerous airshows in 2005 - don't know if they are using it this year or not. I may be mistaken but I think I read some place that it is destined to become a drone someday. We trained German pilots in F4's at Hollomon for years after the USAF active inventory was retired.......
