Well, hard to say....However in the upper right corner appears to be buildings. Also if you blow up the pic (MS Word) there appears to be even more buildings beyond......so, could be close to Vegas...On the other side of (east) Sunrise Mt. (behind Nellis AFB) on the back road (Rd 147) to Lake Mead is a mining facility (remember James Bond "Diamonds are Forever" & the underground facility)...Could this be whats in the pic???? Not knowing where you got the pic, that's my wild guess.
