Can you elaborate more on hazards awaiting hikers out there?

Has anyone had problems with venomous animals out there? Are there any on Tikaboo? What other animals live in area?

Is military of any danger on public land? (during Red Flag excercises for example)

Whom to turn to in case of emergency? (is there any medical assistance available in Rachel?)

Let's imagine you've got snake/scorpion bite while climbing Tikaboo, how should you proceed to get to assistance as quick as possible?

What are top 10 hazards out there in order of lethality? :)
