I think someone is getting their ducks in a row. There has been a minor increase of flatbed trucks loaded with large green vehicles that go bang, into the port here. When the traffic increases at Sunny Point, that's when you know things are warming up. No sign of that, yet. if/when events warrant, I'll update.
