Let's examine his paystub. A simple records search on accessclarkcounty.com shows that he did live at 1029 James Lovell, but here is the dumb part. Why would an employee of EG&G (a private company) recieve their paycheck from the "Department of Naval Intelligence"? Why would the Navy be involved at an air force funded and controlled installation? Lazar just has too many unanswered questions. He doesn't even know who Det. 3 is, which is pathetic for a remote work location employee.
