Spooky, I think you are just looking for an excuse to send in the Marines. What about other sites around the country store chemical weapons? What is going on at these locations? Are the same problems occuring? If not, why is it only happening in Oregon?
Base on the info in the message there are too many questions and not enough info to make a decision on bringing in the Navy/Marines/FEMA.
I think FEMA would only make a bad situation worse.
