The only place that comes to mind is the old Groom Mine. I think there are a few structures there, so it may qualify as Ghost Town. It was still active when Area 51 was founded in 1955, but was closed sometime after that. There are all sorts of stories about the mine, and what happened to the owner. Not sure what is true, and what is not. But I am sure you can find some info on Google.
