It's not Red Flag as much as weapons school being the culprit. Weapons school often plays in Elgin, i.e. in the MOAs rather than SUAs.

BTW, any homeowner can tell you that you get foundation settling which leads to cracks in the plaster. You don't need a F22 to get a crack in the ceiling.
