Other than hearing the Vegas traffic reports, I'm not sure everyone would know that pecos is pronounced Pay-Kos (my guess at phonetics).

BTW, ANCHOR is ANKER, at least when they enter the callsign into the FAA gear. It may be an inside joke, and ANCHOR is the intended word.

For those who scanned the last flag, there were lots of code words used. Fiesta Coors comes to mind.
