A few weeks ago, the owner of the 38-acre parcel on which the Las Vegas Janet Terminal is located, has changed. The previous owner was "PAGE AIRPORT SERVICES INC LEASE". The new owner is "SIGNATURE FLIGHT SUPRT NV LEASE".

The same company owns the 38-acre lot just south of the Janet terminal. Part of that lot is currently used for construction equipment for the Runway 19 expansion project. It has been suggested that there may be plans to expand the Janet terminal once the Rwy 19 construction is complete.
