What I learned from the "One Leasing" planes at Basecamp is that many companies or persons use agents to hide the ownership of their planes. I assume it is a tax scam or a method to limit liability in an accident. [That wasn't Larry Elison's plane that crashed into your house, it was some plane owned by "A Wing and a Prayer LLC".]

The rendition operation is run out of IAD and FAY, so if the plane lands at one of those airports often, then it may be involved in rendition. The Plan Columbia operation is/was run out of KPOB.
